liblockfile-bin software package provides support binaries for and cli utilities based on liblockfile, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install liblockfile-bin
liblockfile-bin is installed in your system.
Make ensure the liblockfile-bin package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep liblockfile-bin *
You will get with liblockfile-bin package name, version, architecture and description in a table
